Sessions

90-Minute Energy Healing Sessions are designed to unblock and align the 7 Chakras. A session begins with The Emotion Code, a powerful tool to release trapped emotions in the body that result in dis-ease, followed by a reiki session, and ends with a personalized sound bath that includes singing bowls and tuning forks so that you leave feeling aligned and relaxed.

The Studio/Locations

The healing studio is located in the top story of my home in Omaha, Nebraska.

I am also available to come to a location of your choice if that is more comfortable for you. There is an additional travel/set-up time cost for on-site sessions.

You can request group sound baths at a location of your choice. Sound baths are a great holiday gift for you and your family or friends.

On-line sessions and coaching are also available for those not in the area.

Hello, radiant souls! I’m Crystal Dawn Hurt, and I’ve always cherished the name I was given. It not only represents my journey with Crystal Dawn Energy but also symbolizes my determination to overcome the inner “hurt” I’ve carried with me for years.

My personal journey has been marked by a 13-year struggle with anxiety, depression, alcohol addiction, and self-limiting beliefs, all stemming from a bipolar diagnosis I received at 25.

In retrospect, this period was a spiritual awakening, but I was led to believe I was fundamentally flawed.

My healing journey ultimately led me here, to a place of complete acceptance and self-love. I’m ready to help others find that same inner peace and happiness.

How It Works

Release Trapped Emotions

Emotion Code is a technique that identifies and releases trapped emotions in the body. By using muscle testing or applied kinesiology, practitioners pinpoint and release emotional blockages, promoting emotional healing and overall well-being.

Unblock Chakras

Reiki, a gentle energy healing practice, clears and balances chakras by channeling universal life force energy to the body's energy centers. Practitioners use their hands to transmit healing energy, helping to remove blockages and restore the free flow of energy within the chakras, promoting physical, emotional, and spiritual balance.

Overcome Trauma

Emotion Code and NLP, when combined, offer a powerful approach to release trauma in individuals suffering from PTSD. Emotion Code helps identify and release trapped emotions contributing to the trauma, while NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) techniques enable individuals to reframe their thoughts and emotions, promoting healing and recovery.

Cultivate Inner Peace

Combining Emotion Code, Sound Healing, and NLP creates a harmonious approach to cultivating inner peace.
